EmailKelechi Victoria Emeribe was awarded a B.ED. (Hons.) degree in English Education by the University of Calabar in 2012 and M.A. degree in Human Resource Management by the University of Hertfordshire, Hatfield in 2016. She holds several certificates in Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) Student Membership, Certified in Business Communications l & II, Skills, Workshop and Development Training, Human Resources Management Systems, and APTECH Certified Power User. She joined the services of the University of Calabar in 2018 as an Assistant Lecturer. Before joining the University Community, she worked with the Mary Slessor Academy, Calabar (Student Teacher Staff), Governor’s Office, Strategic Planning Department, Calabar (Administrative Secretary), Get Wild, the Galleria, United Kingdom (Soft Play Assistant), Radiographers Registration Board of Nigeria, Abuja (Locum/Volunteer Human Resource Management Officer), and Divine Mercy Schools, Asokoro Abuja (English teacher and care supervisor). Since joining the University, she has been lecturing, mentoring and contributing to the graduation of Students in the University. Her major research area is Educational Management (administration in higher education). Emeribe has served as Academic Adviser to undergraduate Students and involved in the Departmental screening and registration of first year undergraduate and sandwich Students. She has authored/coauthored a number of peer reviewed journal articles published both in local and foreign peer reviewed journals. She has actively participated and presented papers in over 5 conferences as well as organized several workshops and seminars. Emeribe is a recipient of several awards including the award of recognition for team work (2018) from Divine Mercy School, Abuja, and award of commendation from the National Youth Service Corps, Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Abuja for outstanding community development services (2014). She is a member of several learned societies which include Nigerian Association for Educational Administration and Planning (NAEAP) an Affiliate of Common Wealth Council for Educational Administration and Management.
