Barr. I. E. Benjamin is an indigene of Adadama in Abi Local Government Area of Cross River. He obtained his LL.B (Hons) from the Faculty of Law, University of Calabar in 2011. He atteneded the Nigeria Law School Abuja, where he obtained his B.L IN 20012. He obtained his LL.M from hia LL.M from the prestigious Maritime University, Swan Sea University ( Majoring in international Maritime and Commercial Law) wales United Kingdom. He is currently a Lecturer 2 with Faculty of Law, University of Calabar.
